Heart & Soul Dog Rescue is a 501c3 non-profit animal organization. Our mission is to rescue dogs, mainly in New Jerseys overcrowded shelters. We believe rescue involves a multitude of approaches that includes rehabilitation, socialization, training and advocating for the underdog. We feel that educating the public on dog behaviors, body language and boundaries while transitioning into a home through foster care, allows for a successful future.
