Adoption Process
We do not have a facility so our dogs are either in foster homes, training, or in boarding.
Please note, we only accept in-state applications for adoption/foster. We are located in New Jersey.
Adoption Process
- Complete the adoption application below
- A meet and greet if there are other animals in the home
- Personal, professional and vet reference is required
- Home visit is required
- Proof of home ownership or a lease stating that animals are allowed (no breed restrictions)
- Our adoption is a $450 tax deductible donation for adult dogs
- All our dogs are spayed/neutered prior to adoption, up-to-date on shots heartworm negative and microchipped
- Heart & Soul Dog Rescue, Inc has the right to deny any applicant for any reason
